Due to the nature of our products and in compliance with applicable cannabis regulations, all sales are generally final. However, we do allow returns or exchanges in limited circumstances, such as:

  • The product you received was expired or compromised in quality.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund total unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one—subject to stock availability. The process is similar to initiating a return and requires prior approval.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Products returned without proper authorization.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:
